Accurate recordkeeping is necessary to a successful business. For the last 5 years, I have helped several small businesses keep track of their income and expenses using Quicken or QuickBooks.

My attention to detail and strong accounting background lends itself to helping you keep your accounting accurate without worry, although I am not a CPA. Either program provides standard reports and downloads that can be produced for your Accountant's use in creating financial statements for your company.

Often there is simply not enough time for a small business owner to handle the recordkeeping in addition to everything else. I can help! I offer everything from transaction input to bank reconciliations. I am available to come to you (in the Richmond, Virginia area) or we could work primarily through email and fax. You may need assistance once a week, biweekly, or only once a month. You decide.

Bookkeeping Services are provided at an affordable $50/hour, and more than mere data-entry, you'll get the benefit of my experience in business management and operations. I can help you figure out where the money goes, and offer ideas to reduce expenses.
